Day 29: warm winter clothing

Hi again,
Today has been a really rough day so this post may or may not seem that big but today it was all I could think of to be thankful for to post about that I haven't posted yet. I am so thankful for warm winter clothing like toques and mitts and scarves and boots on a day like today! It started snowing yesterday and we have about 5inches of snow and it is still snowing. It is nice to have winter clothing to wear outside to stay warm and there are alot of people who don't have something as simple as that. I know I complain about having to bundle up to go outside but at least I have the ability to and it is important to remember that and be thankful for that. I know I realize how thankful I am for my toque when I forget to put it on and my ears get so cold or when I forget to take my mitts with me and my fingers get cold and I realize how much I love my mittens! So that is why I am thankful for warm winter clothing.
I thought I would like to end this post with a few things I am also thankful for today that I have already mentioned before but would like to mention again. Today I was super thankful for heat in our house and a roof over my head. I am so thankful for clean drinking water and enough food to eat also. We lost our power today for a few minutes which reminded me about being thankful for power-especially on a chilly day like today.
