Day 147: Creativity

Hi again,
This post is for yesterday.
Today I am thankful for creativity. I am considered a creative person. I like to draw, paint, do woodworking, scrapbooking, etc. I like to create things. Sometimes it doesn't turn out so well but it is still fun. I like to learn new crafts as well so I can be creative in even more ways. I suppose it is also partly seeing something in your mind and then finding a way to create it. Not wanting to just buy something already made in a certain way but to make something the way I have in mind. Maybe it is also seeing an original idea that is different from what all others have done. I don't like to follow what other people do in terms of making something, I like to bring my own flavour to a project I guess you could say. I am not saying I don't follow patterns because sometimes I do but I usually use them as a guideline or inspiration to come up with my own ideas. I love this quality about myself because I don't have to rely on/follow what others have already done and I can be original and to me original is very good. I suppose Creativity could also be classified as being artistic. Anyways I am really grateful for my creative streak and not feeling the need to follow what everyone else does.
